Meet Carolyn.
Practical experience. Community involvement. A commitment to Lincoln City.
35 years of professional experience taught me to listen, evaluate the facts, assess risk, and solve problems. I believe local government should focus on the basics, spend taxpayer dollars responsibly, and listen to the people it serves.
For me, local government isn't about politics. It's about listening, doing the work, and getting the basics right.
WHY I’M RUNNING
Local government should work for the people who live here.
Lincoln City is our home. The decisions made at City Hall affect our streets, neighborhoods, businesses, families and wallets every day.
I’m running for City Council because I believe we can focus on the basics, make responsible decisions with taxpayer dollars and still move Lincoln City forward.
Potholes, broken streetlights & trash in city parks aren’t partisan.
Neither is maintaining our infrastructure, supporting a strong local economy or expecting accountability from our city government.
I will listen to different perspectives, ask questions and make decisions based on the facts and what is best for Lincoln City.

MY COMMITMENT TO LINCOLN CITY
LISTEN TO RESIDENTS
You deserve to be heard — even when we don’t agree. Good decisions start with listening to the people who live, work and raise their families here.
ASK THE HARD QUESTIONS
Before spending more, borrowing more or asking taxpayers for more, City Council should understand the need, the cost and the alternatives.
FOCUS ON THE BASICS
Streets. Water. Sewer. Public safety. Parks. Essential city services should be maintained before small problems become expensive ones.
PUT LINCOLN CITY FIRST
City Council decisions should be about what works for our community — not political labels.
